Manish Kumar Gupta is founder of Lexhub Professionals. He is graduated in law and commerce as well. He is a Fellow member of ICSI. He has vast experience of 10 years in the field of Corporate Laws, Taxation, IPR, NGO compliances, FEMA compliance, NBFC and other RBI compliances, drafting etc. He has served in industry like Automobile and Electronic sectors. He has worked with practicing firms also.

He is a Associates member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and graduated in Law. He is partner in Lexhub Professionals. He was the PCS Committee member of the ICSI – NIRC for the term 2019-20. He has immense knowledge and over 10 years of experience in corporate legal, secretarial, corporate restructuring, foreign collaborations and joint venture services. Over the last 10 years Mr. Rohit has lead NCLT matters, Buy Back, Private Placement.
